Ryanair Self Sponsored Course

As a Ryanair-approved training provider, Oxford Aviation Academy has delivered more than 570 pilots to Ryanair.

OAA is proud to work in co-operation with Ryanair to enable pilots to become part of the fastest growing low cost carrier in Europe.

Ryanair is looking for professional, hard working individuals who will complement the Ryanair Flight Operations team. Pilots with very little or no airline experience will join Ryanair as cadets.

The selection process is used as a tool to identify the right person to join the carrier. Successful candidates will be offered an opportunity to fly for Ryanair on a full time basis following successful completion of the B737-800 type rating course.
