Senior Cabin Crew Training

Whenever more than one cabin crew member is onboard, a Senior Cabin Crew (SCC) must be nominated. The cabin crew member must have at least one years flying experience on an aircraft type in the company, prior to SCC training.

The objectives of the Oxford Aviation Academy Senior Cabin Crew Training course is to give the candidate the knowledge and confidence to function as an SCC, and to be responsible for the leadership and coordination of the cabin safety and emergency procedures. The training is performed as a workshop including theoretical discussions, practical exercises, and a written test.
