Cabin Crew Conversion Training

The Conversion Course includes theoretical and practical training with highly qualified instructors. The training covers classroom lectures, hands on training on equipment in an authentic environment, "procedures for preparation of emergency and evacuation situations" and operation of doors and exits. Real Fire Fighting and Smoke training is performed in a Cabin Fire Trainer.

Objectives:

The objective of Oxford Aviation Academy's Cabin Crew Conversion Training course is to acquire the knowledge and skills required for managing emergency situations on a specific aircraft type.

  • Pilot incapacitation

CRM is integrated in all sessions.

Prerequisites

Minimum is successfully completed Initial/Basic Cabin Crew training.

The training can also be performed at customer's own facilities, a theoretical course, or full course including practical training on customer's equipment. NEW: Now also including CRJ.

Conditions

The OAA standard course is based on EU-OPS subpart O 1.1010. The course meets EU-OPS requirement but can be customised according to the customer's specifications.
