Description

This course meets JAR-FCL requirements.

Training method

Classroom lectures, teamwork and Full Flight Simulator (FFS).

Content

4 days of classroom lessons – (2days CRM, 2 days Technical)
20 hours (5 sessions) of practical simulator training. This is carried out on the B737-400 or CRJ-200 simulator.

The content of the basic MCC course will cover theoretical knowledge training, practice and feedback in;

Interfaces

Leadership "followership" and authority, personality, attitude, motivation. Effective and clear communication during flight, Crew co-ordination procedures.

The theoretical parts are closely integrated with the syllabus content of the simulator sessions.

Course duration:

Approximately 9-10 working days excluding days of self-study and depending on simulator availability. A minimum number of 8 students and a maximum number of 16 students.
