Oxford Aviation Academy is able to offer numerous accommodation options to allow you to maximise your training.

We operate on-site and off-site accommodation at our Oxford and Phoenix training centres. Accommodation is well suited to the training programmes of our pilot training course.

Oxford Aviation Academy offer comfortable Halls of Residence with 145 bedrooms available on site at Oxford Airport (Langford Halls) and a number of bedrooms off site in external accommodation.

All of our single study bedrooms on site (no shared rooms) are comfortable and well furnished with wash hand basins and hard wired internet access in each room. Plentiful private toilets and private shower cubicles are available on each corridor.

Langford Hall is equipped with a television room, common rooms, and personal self-service laundry centres to enable you to care for your personal clothing and uniforms. All rooms and communal areas are cleaned daily (Monday-Friday) and a bedding laundry service is available on a weekly basis. Public telephones are also provided which will accept both incoming and outgoing calls.

Rooms at Oxford may be booked from as short a period of one night to the entire length of your training course, subject to availability.

On campus amenities include ‘VIDA Health & Fitness’ gymnasium (membership fee applicable), football pitch and restauran. Car parking is available on site. . All new residents to Langford Hall will be issued with a parking permit on arrival which must be displayed at all times. Failure to do so may result in the guest incurring a penalty

Entrance to the accommodation block is via a swipe card security door entry system. All swipe cards are issues at the time of arrival. A copy of the Halls Regulations is available from the Customer Services Team. Guests may be entertained in the student lounges or in the airport restaurant but not in the student’s study/bedrooms. All visitors must leave the airfield by 22.30 hours. All residents must be in possession of a television licence if bringing a television onto the premises.

Please note that Langford Hall rooms are on-site at Oxford Airport whereas Upper Heyford is off-site. Upper Heyford can only be reached by car and public transport does not run between the off-site accommodation and the airport. Please bear this in mind before making a booking if using the online booking system.
