

We are seeking senior industry professionals to fill the following exciting roles within our ab initio training division – supporting our primary training centres located at: Oxford, Phoenix and Melbourne. Worldwide travel may be required for all roles.
Oxford Training Centre
The role of Chief Flight Instructor has become available for our JAR-FCL Approved Flight Training Organisation.
Applicants must have significant experience in leading a team of highly skilled, professional ab initio flight instructors, as well as extensive experience as an unrestricted JAR-FCL flight instructor/examiner for MEP-IR training courses. Experience of working in an air transport environment (airline or military) is also required for this key role in professional airline pilot training.
The successful applicant must have the drive and enthusiasm to both lead and further develop a very busy flight training department. You will already be a respected leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of enabling change proactively, energetically and positively.
Occasional foreign travel to our other training centres both in the USA and Australia will be required to support our future plans for growth in ab initio training worldwide.

We seek an experienced project manager, who ideally holds or has held a Pilot’s Licence or other type of aviation licence/qualification, to lead the OAAmedia team and to drive forward creative new initiatives. The job will entail designing, developing and preparing new aviation products for market which will result in increased revenues. The postholder will provide support to the existing training teams to integrate OAAmedia products into new and existing training courses and to ensure products remain current, leading edge and retain value and growth opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and creating training products, be able to multi task, be numerate and highly IT literate, and will have excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills.
